Here's an idea, how about putting some equipment on the base, or could even have the astronaut carry something, maybe the ALSEP package would be a bit much, but something small perhaps?
Was just thinking since your base will be slightly bigger than mine, and flat. Otherwise you could do a bigger rock or two.
The base was painted, and we can see the body of the astronaut, the V shape on the lower part is to later accept the 2 legs.
